Please be aware that it may take up to 2 hours for us to confirm your order. Once confirmed, please allow 3 weeks for dispatch from our warehouse. We work with all leading logistics partners in India to ensure that your jewelry is delivered smoothly and in a timely manner. After dispatch, deliveries typically take 4-6 business days.

We will keep you updated on the status of your order via your registered phone number and email address. You can also track your order status by referring to the emails we send you.

Once your order has been shipped, you can change the delivery address by providing a verified proof of address and sending a request to cs@myrosedawne.com.

Our operations team will then contact you to confirm the change. Once reconfirmed over the phone, your order will be delivered to the new address.

We want to assure you that your jewelry is shipped with the utmost care. It is packaged in durable, tamper-proof materials to ensure it remains intact during transit. Additionally, your jewelry is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep. We partner exclusively with reputable courier services for deliveries within India.

Please note: If you receive a package that appears to have been tampered with, do not accept it.

Please note that for any ring size higher or lower than the standard 12 ring size mentioned on our portal, a variation in gold weight is to be expected.

To ensure you have the most accurate ring size and to understand how this may affect gold weight, please refer to the ring sizer information provided.

We understand that you're not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it. We are sorry to hear that.

To initiate the return process, please send an email to cs@myrosedawne.com with your request. Include images of the product in your email. We will then arrange a reverse pick-up for you.

Please note that the reverse pick-up may take up to 4 days. Once the product is picked up, we will initiate your refund. The refund process may take upto 15-20 working days. Please refer to our return buyback policies for more information.
