Gold

We offer a full exchange for the first 2 days. After that, the following clauses apply:
  1. 97% of the value of gold jewellery (of net gold used in making the particular piece) is applicable, calculated as per the prevailing gold price of the day.
  2. Gold coins will return 97% of the current gold value (of net gold used in making the particular piece). This figure will be based on the current gold price mentioned on the website.
  3. Gold idols will return 93% of the current gold value (of net gold used in making the particular piece). This figure will be based on the current gold price mentioned on the website. 
  4. Studded gold jewellery such as Kundan, Pearl, Coral, American Diamonds, Tulsi beads, Swarovski® Zirconia, semi-precious, and fancy-cut gemstones will be priced and valued at its actual or net weight. This will be done after stones, wax, wood, enamel, and thread are removed from the piece. The piece is cleaned and dusted before evaluation.
  5. If the value of the new product is more than the exchange value of the old product, you’ll pay the difference. If the value of the new product is lower than the exchange value of the old product, the credit difference will be held in your My RoseDawne wallet for future purchases.
  6. Any item that shows signs of damage, alteration, wear and tear, resizing (by any jeweller other than My RoseDawne), or mishandling leading to reduction in metal weight or stone weight (as mentioned in the invoice) will be reduced from the final weight of metal and stones in valuation. My RoseDawne holds the right to refuse such altered products as well upon evaluation. In that case, the product will be duly shipped back to the customer as per current shipping policies.
  7. We accept returns for earrings, chains, idols, rings, bracelets, bangles, and necklaces.
  8. Any applicable charges, such as GST, making charges, certification costs, insurance costs, courier charges, etc., mentioned in the invoice will be deducted from the total amount during the return.
  9. My RoseDawne reserves the right to alter the exchange policy at any time. Returns will only be accepted based on our prevailing policy.
  10. Please bring your original product certificate and invoice during the buyback.
  11. Customers are liable to pay for any courier charges as per the standard rates mentioned on our website.
  12. We only process exchanges through our third-party logistics partner. Customers cannot initiate deposits or exchanges in person.

Diamonds

  1. 75% of the value of studded diamonds in jewellery is applicable. 93% of the gold jewellery value (of net gold used in making the particular piece) is applicable. The latest gold price is mentioned via the products on the website.
  2. GST and other charges, such as the making charge, certification fees, insurance costs, delivery fees, and taxes on these charges are not reimbursed and are subtracted from the exchange value.
  3. We accept returns for earrings, chains, idols, rings, bracelets, bangles and necklaces.
  4. Studded diamond jewellery such as Kundan, Pearl, Coral, American Diamonds, Tulsi beads, Swarovski® Zirconia, semi-precious, and fancy-cut gemstones will be priced and valued at its actual or net weight. This will be done after stones, wax, wood, enamel, and thread are removed from the piece. The piece is cleaned and dusted before evaluation.
  5. Any refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 days of receiving the item in the customer’s purchase source account.
  6. Any item that shows signs of damage, alteration, wear and tear, resizing (by any jeweller other than My RoseDawne), or mishandling leading to reduction in metal weight or stone weight (as mentioned in the invoice) will be reduced from the final weight of metal and stones in valuation. My RoseDawne holds the right to refuse such altered products as well upon evaluation. In that case, the product will be duly shipped back to the customer as per current shipping policies.
  7. My RoseDawne reserves the right to change the buyback policy at any time without prior notice. Returns will only be accepted based on the latest policy terms.
  8. We will need the original certificates and invoice during the buyback.
  9. Customers are liable to pay for any courier charges as per the standard rates mentioned on our website.
  10. All returns are facilitated via a third-party logistics partner. Customers cannot exchange or deposit items in person.
  11. Exchange of standardised designs of earrings, chains, idols, bracelets and necklaces is allowed. Customised rings cannot be exchanged.

Silver

  1. 81% monetary refund on silver of 999 purity (of net silver used in making the particular piece). Depending on the purity of the metal, there may be a reduction in rate and weight.
  2. 50% monetary refund on silver below 999 purity (of net silver used in making the particular piece). Depending on the purity of the metal, there may be a reduction in rate and weight.
  3. GST and other charges, such as the making charge, certification fees, insurance costs, delivery fees, and taxes on these charges are not reimbursed and are subtracted from the exchange value.
  1. Studded gold jewellery, such as Kundan, Pearl, Coral, American Diamonds, Tulsi beads, glass beads, Red Sandal, Swarovski® Zirconia, and semi-precious or fancy cut gemstones will be valued and priced according to the actual or net weight of the metal. This will be done after removing stones, wax, wood, thread, enamel, and other impurities before evaluation.
  2. If the value of the new product is more than the exchange value of the old product, you’ll pay the difference. If the value of the new product is lower than the exchange value of the old product, the credit difference will be held in your My Rose Dawne wallet for future purchases.
  3. Any item that shows signs of damage, alteration, wear and tear, resizing (by any jeweller other than My RoseDawne), or mishandling leading to reduction in metal weight or stone weight (as mentioned in the invoice) will be reduced from the final weight of metal and stones in valuation.   1. Any gemstone-studded jewellery apart from diamonds will be priced and valued as per the actual or the net weight of the metal. This will be done after removing any Kundan, Pearl, Coral, American Diamonds, Tulsi beads, Swarovski® Zirconia, semi-precious, and fancy-cut gemstones, stones, wax, wood, thread, or enamel. The pieces will be cleaned, and dust will be removed before evaluation.
  2. 93% of the current gold value (of net gold used in making the particular piece) based on the current gold price, as mentioned on the website.
  3. GST and other charges, such as the making charge, certification fees, insurance costs, delivery fees, and taxes on these charges are not reimbursed and are subtracted from the exchange value.

  6. My RoseDawne has the right to change and alter the exchange policy as needed. The final exchange is based on the latest updated policy.
  7. At the time of exchange, you must provide products in their original packaging with certificates and the invoice(s).
  8. There will be a charge for courier services, as per the standard My RoseDawne rates that the customer will pay.
  9. All exchanges will take place via a third-party logistics partner. Customers cannot deposit items personally.

Cancellation Policy

My RoseDawne reserves the right to cancel any orders in case of discrepancies. Here are a few reasons why a cancellation might happen from our end:

 

  • If we’re low on inventory for a particular product.
  • An error in pricing or an error in the product information.

In some cases, we might also need extra information from you before we can accept your order. We’ll make sure to notify you if your order is cancelled partially or completely or if we need any extra data from you to accept your order.

You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it. We will refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 15-20 working days to the source bank account. After that, the order cannot be cancelled, and the suggested return/exchange policy applies.

Cancellation of gold coin and idols are not allowed under any circumstances, and the suggested return/exchange policy applies.
